 Royal Mail will require a signature as proof of delivery, so please provide a delivery address which is most convenient for you.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason your are not satisfied with your purchase, I will accept returns within 7 days of delivery to you, provided  that the jewellery is returned in perfect condition, is securely wrapped to ensure you receive a refund minus PayPal charges and original postage.

Also can you please let me know why you are not satisfied as I value all feedback.
